Description
xDeep, muscular red full of blackberries, black cherries and black olives. Meaty tannins coat the mouth but are blaanced by a fresh acidity.
The Fallabrino family have been producing great wines here since 1947 in small quantites using a mixture of traditional and modern wine-making techniques. The Tannat vines are farmed organically, fermented using wild yeasts and aged for 9 months before bottling.
A great red to pair with rich casserole dishes, perfect through the winter.
