Nestled in the picturesque village of La Rochepot, 15km south of Beaune, Domaine Billard Père & Fils embodies the spirit of family winemaking. Jérôme Billard, the fifth-generation vigneron, has led the estate since 1999, embracing biodynamic principles to respect the environment and enhance the quality of his wines. The estate’s 17 hectares are managed with minimal intervention, focusing on hand-harvesting, natural pest control, and traditional techniques that honour the terroir.

The 3-hectare La Justice vineyard, perched on a chalky hillside near Saint Aubin, benefits from sunny exposure, producing wines that radiate freshness and complexity.
