Tasting Note

Rallo Vicoletto is a bright, breezy wine that brims with citrus, orchard fruit, and a savoury, mineral edge. Made from organically grown Catarratto grapes, it captures the sunshine and wild charm of this traditional Sicilian variety. Slightly hazy orange in colour thanks to its natural winemaking, this Catarratto delivers expressive aromas of zesty citrus, peach, crisp apple, and a touch of wild herbs. On the palate, it’s dry and fresh, with flavours of lemon peel, green apple, and stone fruit, finishing with a lightly saline twist and a subtle almond note for extra complexity.

Rallo Azienda Agricola is a family-run estate with deep roots in Sicily’s Alcamo hills. The Vesco family has been producing organic wines here for generations, focusing on purity, sustainability, and respect for tradition. Their hillside vineyards benefit from sandy soils and cooler nights, which help retain freshness and aromatic lift in their wines – the hallmark of this region’s best bottles.

• Hand-harvested earlier in the season to preserve freshness and acidity
• 90% fermented off skins in stainless steel, 10% fermented on skins for 12 days
